The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, xmemory Inc. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use.

Contact Form and Personal Data

When you submit our “Request access” form, we collect personal information you provide, such as your name, work email, and any details in your message. We use this information to respond to your request and follow up about xmemory products, services, and onboarding options.

By clicking “Request access”, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and you agree that xmemory Inc. may process and store this information for these purposes. Where required by applicable law, we will rely on your consent for marketing communications and you can opt out at any time.

Website Analytics

If you accept non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, we may use Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage and product-interest signals, including page views, navigation clicks, documentation engagement, chat interactions, and form submission outcomes. We also use Mixpanel to understand how the xmemory product is used, including session replays of product interactions, in which text you enter and the content shown to you are masked before the replay is sent. We use this information to improve the website, documentation, onboarding journeys, and related xmemory services.

Mixpanel also runs on this website itself. A consented visit records the pages you view, your navigation on the site, the name of the site you came from (this website does not record the address of the page on it, though a referring address your browser is already carrying in the record the two properties share forms part of it; neither property adds one), and the campaign parameters in the address of the page that was open when analytics was enabled, read once and not again from any later page you view (the first ones seen on this browser are kept as your first touch, against your profile and stored in a cookie for 365 days, counted again from each later visit you make with analytics enabled rather than from the visit that carried them, and shared with the xmemory console, which reads that same cookie; a later campaign does not replace them, and a page carrying none is recorded with none, though signing out of the xmemory console clears that shared cookie and a campaign seen after it is recorded as the first touch on your events from then on, while the copy against your profile still holds the original; we keep both records, and where they disagree the copy against your profile is the one we treat as your first touch), the first touch being taken from the page open when analytics was enabled for that visit, as that page was loaded rather than as its address stood when you answered the banner, and so not necessarily the page you first arrived on if you had already browsed before accepting, along with technical information about your device and browser and approximate location derived from your IP address, and that visit may be linked immediately to an account already identified on this browser from a previous xmemory console sign-in, or later to an account you create afterwards.

Analytics is optional and is only enabled after consent through the cookie banner, and your choice applies to both this website and the xmemory console. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the “Your privacy settings” link in the footer of this site's main pages (the home, about, why, product overview, pricing and chat demo pages), and withdrawing there applies to every page, including the documentation and this one. Retention and Your Rights

We keep submitted contact information only as long as necessary for handling your request, ongoing business communications, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.
